            Snap Lock, Inc. designs and builds conveyors of every type and style. Our designers and fabricators work to provide the very best system for any special need. Because system components are fabricated by our sister company, FBN Metal Products, the turn around time is greatly decreased. Snap Lock designers can work from your design, in combination with your design and their suggestions, or they can design a complete system for your company.

            Snap Lock builds belt conveyors in many configurations, including horizontal, incline and decline systems, radius systems, and suspended systems as well as multi-level systems. We build sanitary conveyors using stainless steel and food grade UHMW to meet the quality and standards of the food industry.

            In addition to providing custom design, Snap Lock also provides the drive system and automated control systems to meet specific requirements.   The controls can vary from a simple Plug and Play style that does not require an electrician to an extensive PLC System. 

            A Snap Lock conveyor system is easy to assemble, disassemble and reconfigure for a different application without the use of special tools. Your personnel can master the process with very little training, thus lessening any down time.

            And last but certainly not least, Snap Lock's personnel can be on your site to do the installing and testing of the completed system. If you prefer to do the installation, Snap Lock will provide detailed instructions for assembly, installation and testing.
