Reduce Water Costs

Everyone is aware these days that our water is increasingly more expensive and in the future may be less available. Many plants are building their own water systems to help contain costs and ensure a plentiful water supply. However, there is one more step available to food processors.
Snap Lock's conveyor design is both sanitary and can help customers use less water. No food processing plant will ever be able to eliminate the use of water. But if your conveyor is designed with water consumption in mind, you can at least lessen usage.
Snap Lock sanitary, modular conveyor systems are specially designed for the food industry. We use food grade UHMW plastic and stainless steel that meets or exceeds USDA, FDA and AMI requirements. Snap Lock's conveyors come as either a bolt together or welded construction depending on application. All welded surfaces are polished smooth thus eliminating areas where food particles could be trapped. Our attention to the necessity to eliminate places where contamination can occur means it takes less water during the sanitizing process.
Snap Lock Conveyors can help your plant be more sanitary, produce a safer product and do it all while helping control water consumption; that is a win-win situation.
