Snap Lock builds conveyors in many configurations, including horizontal, incline and decline systems, radius systems, and suspended systems as well as multi-level systems. Snap Lock builds sanitary conveyors using stainless steel and food grade UHMW to meet the quality and standards of the food industry.
A Snap Lock conveyor system is easy to assemble, disassemble and reconfigure for a different application without the use of special tools. Your personnel can master the process with very little training, thus lessening any down time. If you prefer to do the installation, Snap Lock will provide detailed instructions for assembly and installation; however, Snap Lock's experienced field crew team can be on your site to install, integrate, and test the completed system.
In addition to providing custom design, Snap Lock also provides the drive system and automated control systems to meet specific requirements. They can vary from a simple Plug and Play style that does not require an electrician to an extensive PLC System.
